Project-based Learning of MSESI Students
Project Trip to Naung Tayar, Southern Shan, Myanmar

MSESI programme’s course design is based on self-learning, project-based learning and practice-based learning. From 7th March to 11th March, 2023, the twelve students from MSESI programme and EMBA programme went to Naung Tayar, Southern Shan state for the project-based learning. As one of the requirements of this course, students have to do the social innovation projects by groups. In the 1st batch, there are 36 students, 5 groups with five different projects. One of these projects is “Social and Economic Development in Naung Tayar, Shan, through Potato Plantation”. For this project, students have been cooperating with Naung Tayar Farmers’ Association, regional farmers, and the investor associations.
