Day – Master of Business Administration ( MBA )

MBA Programme

Please study this information sheet carefully before you complete and submit your application form.

Admission Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree from any recognized University
  • A minimum two years of work experience
  • A pass in Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) like examination conducted by Yangon University of Economics
  • Recommendation from Two Referees
  • Satisfactory interview result
  • Full time participation is required
  • Students who are currently attending any other post-graduate courses in any university cannot be admitted into the programme

Application Check List

Your completed application package must include:

  • Completed application form
  • Two letters of recommendation in sealed envelopes (one preferably from a senior academician)
  • Copy of degree certificate
  • Letter or document certifying your work experience
  • Copy of national registration card
  • Two passport size photographs
  • Letter of permission from employer (for those currently employed)
  • Transcript of certificate of marks/grade of final year in University
  • Character Reference from Township Peace and Development Council

Evening – Executive Master of Business Administration ( EMBA )

Admission Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree from any recognized University
  • The candidate must have eight-years experience as gazette officers if government servants or as executives if employed by companies
  • The candidate must have above 30 years of age
  • A pass in Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) like examination conducted by Yangon University of Economics
  • Recommendation from Two Referees
  • Satisfactory interview result
  • Full time participation is required
  • Students who are currently attending any other post-graduate courses in any university cannot be admitted into the programme

When submitting your application from, your completed application package must include:

  • Completed application form
  • Two letters of recommendation in sealed envelopes (One preferable from a senior academician)
  • Copy of your Bachelor degree certificate
  • Copy of your national registration card
  • Letter certifying your character reference, current position at work and work experience
  • Two current passport size photos
  • Transcript of certificate of marks/ grade of final year in University

  • The candidate must have five years-experience as gazette officers if government servants or as executives if employed by companies
  • The candidate must have above 25 years of age
  • A pass in Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) like examination conducted by Yangon University of Economics, and the candidates are highly computer and internet operation
  • Recommendation from Two Referees
